1. Acceptance of Terms
This agreement is entered into between محمد حسین محمودخواه شالمائی ("Selino", "we", "us") and you ("User"). By registering, signing in, downloading the application, or using selinoo.com and related services, you accept all provisions of this document and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the services. Use by a legal representative or employee of a business entity constitutes acceptance on behalf of that entity.
2. Definitions
- Platform: the Selino website, mobile application, API, and technical infrastructure.
- Services: business management tools, including booking, CRM, dedicated website, SMS, Telegram, and other modules.
- User Account: the unique identifier created after authentication.
- User Content: information, images, text, and data submitted by the user on the platform.
- End Customer: any third party using the user's online business channels (website, Telegram, etc.).

4. Description of Services
Selino is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for managing service-based businesses and provides features such as bookings, customer management, dedicated websites, SMS sending, Telegram integration, and financial reporting.
Features may vary by subscription plan, country, business type, or technical status. Selino may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue services; where changes materially affect paid agreements, notice will be provided in accordance with applicable rules.
Selino undertakes commercially reasonable efforts to keep services available, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed, including due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Registration and User Account
- The user must be at least 18 years old or hold legal authority to represent the relevant entity.
- Registration information must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- The user is responsible for account security (password, device, and login sessions).
- Any unauthorized use must be reported to support immediately.
- One account is permitted per person or business unless Selino provides written authorization otherwise.
6. User Obligations
The user undertakes to:
- Use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
- Respect third-party rights, including customer privacy, and obtain any required consent for collecting customer data.
- Refrain from submitting offensive, unlawful, harmful, malware-containing, or intellectual property infringing content.
- Avoid bypassing technical restrictions, unauthorized data extraction, or damaging infrastructure.
- Remain responsible for the accuracy of business information, pricing, working hours, and recorded appointments.
7. Intellectual Property
The Selino trade name, logo, user interface, software code, and documentation are owned by Selino or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to the user except for a limited, non-exclusive license to use the services.
User Content remains the property of the user. The user grants Selino a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and display such content solely for providing and improving the services.
8. Pricing, Payments, and Subscriptions
Some services may be free or subscription-based. Financial terms for each plan are stated on the pricing page or in a separate agreement.
Electronic payments are processed through valid payment gateways in accordance with national payment regulations. The user is responsible for the accuracy of payment details.
If payment is not made on time, access to paid features may be restricted. Refunds are subject to publicly announced policies or specific contractual terms.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The platform may connect to third-party services (such as Google, Telegram, payment gateways, map services, and others). Use of those services is governed by their own terms, and Selino is not directly liable for their acts or omissions.
A user's dedicated business website may be visited by end customers; the business owner is responsible for content published on that page.
10. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Selino is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or data loss arising from misuse by users or third parties.
Selino's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the incident (or zero for free services), unless intentional misconduct or gross negligence is proven.
Selino is not an intermediary between a business and its end customers; responsibility for the quality of in-person services rests with the business owner.
11. Suspension and Termination
Selino may temporarily or permanently restrict access in cases of breach, abuse, legal authority requests, or security requirements.
The user may request account deletion at any time. After termination, data will be retained or deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Disputes are first pursued through negotiation and official support channels. If unresolved, competent judicial authorities at the operator's legal domicile (as reflected in registration documents) shall have jurisdiction.
Users may also submit e-commerce related complaints to relevant consumer authorities and supervisory systems where available.
13. Electronic Communications
By using the services, you agree to receive notices, updates to terms, invoices, and support responses via email, SMS, in-app notifications, or the website. Such communications are legally valid.
The user must keep registered email addresses and phone numbers up to date.
14. Amendments to Terms
Selino may update these terms. The current version, dated "۱۴۰۵/۰۳/۱۸", is published at https://selinoo.com/terms. Material changes will be notified at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
